Who is our ideal client? You!
Okay, so that sounds totally like a sales pitch, which it kind of is, but at the same time it's completely true. I'm all about tailoring my wedding experience to my client and I absolutely love DIY, bespoke weddings. The more YOU that's in your wedding, the more it rises to the top of my faves.
So what is a bespoke wedding, anyway? It's a personalized event in which the planner or couple has taken the time to plan unique details such as a pie table instead of a traditional cake, a 1000 hand folded cranes hanging from the ceiling or table numbers in the form of countries that the couple has traveled to during their time together. It's these details that set our brides apart from more traditional brides. By the way, each of these examples were actual details planned by my couples.
A bespoke wedding doesn't mean you have to start learning origami or have the most extravagant flowers ever... it just means your wedding is about you and your love... your family and what makes your story unique and wonderful. Probably one of my favorite bespoke details was at a backyard wedding where the bride used the same china that her mother used at her wedding 40 years before! It's that sentiment that gets my tear ducts swelling.
It's for this reason I do not take weddings at wedding centers who provide the same exact wedding experience for every couple they service. It's why I am just as happy to photograph your wedding in your grandparent's backyard surrounded by your family and friends as I am to spend the day with you at the high end resort you've dreamed of as your wedding location since you were seven.
