Once we've received an inquiry, we like to set up a phone call or in-person meeting based around your schedule.

Once Booked, our next big step is to begin planning your engagement session and/or bridal session dates and locations. We have an engagement session questionnaire here: E-Session Questionnaire. We'll use this to plan the perfect session that completely tells the beginning of your love story. Two to three weeks post engagement session, you'll receive your images in a personal, password protected online gallery. 

Shortly after booking, we'll attach a Wedding Day Questionnaire to your client portal. You can start and stop the questionnaire as much as you need to. In addition, we'll send you a blank online template to fill in to plan your wedding day timeline. While you may not have all the info you need to fill out both completely, many of our brides have said it has reminded them of events or vendors they hadn't thought of.

Mid-way to your wedding date, you'll receive a quick check-in email to say hi and let you know we are thinking of you.

30 days from your wedding, you will get a quick automated email reminding you about your wedding day questionnaire and timeline. We'll check in a few days after this if we haven't received the information as the timeline is what officially sets our arrival and departure times. We know that this seem a little late to set times but so many things can happen between booking and the big day that we like to allow our couples some breathing room. Plus we're pretty flexible and we know things happen during the planning process. By 30 days out, everything is pretty much locked into place. 

Our next point of contact will be 2-3 days pre-wedding. This is a quick less than five minute call to say "Hi! We'll be there on Friday and can't wait" and to answer any questions, concerns or go over any changes you may have.

Finally, your wedding day! Woo hoo! We've made it! It's your big day and we are ready to rock for you!
